Cucumber Water & Summer Weather

like seriously – what even is this weather?  I’m actually tanning for once.  I don’t even tan on holidays.  What is going on! 

So first, here’s a lovely tutorial on healthy cucumber water.  Super refreshing & really REALLY good for you: 

You will need: 

β€’ cucumber 

β€’ water 

β€’ a glass 

β€’ any toppings like a cute umbrella (seriously wish I had one)

β€’ Ice

Okay so first you should thoroughly wash your cucumber so it is nice and clean then chop it into thin slices.  Get a big glass, fancy glass, whatever glass.  Pour cold water into that glass (for best results put your water into the fridge about 20 mins before hand) and add in about 4-5 ice cubes.  Put in your cucumber slices and stir them up a bit so they place themselves artistically and look perfect. 

SIDE NOTE: while this is the best healthy drink ever, it also serves as the perfect artistic drink for an Instagram ready photo.  Just saying.  As such, queue artistic photos of my drink. 
 
It is seriously delicious though, and really good for you.  Check out the benefits of cucumber:
